Quinoa Porridge


Start your day with a hot cup of water & lemon, a few moments of meditation to reflect & a kick start to your day with this awesome breakfast Quinoa Porridge recipe.


Quinoa is nutritious and a high in protein grain. 
This is such an amazing morning meal to get you charged & revved up to begin your day on a positive note. 



Ingredients:
1/2 cup quinoa
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
vanilla extract
cinnamon
apple
pecans
dried cranberries

How to:
Rinse quinoa with water
Bring almond milk, water, vanilla, cinnamon & quinoa to a boil
Reduce heat & simmer covered until liquid absorbed approx 15 minutes
Remove from heat & let it hang out for 5 minutes until cool
Fluff with fork, sprinkle with chopped apple slices, pecans and dried cranberries
add 1/2 cup of Almond milk
